Here at the practice we would ask our patients to try as much as possible to give 24 hours notice of any cancellations. Missed appointments may be charged for if there is no notice given, there is a lot of time wasted if it is not given and this time could be given to someone else.

If appointments are not being kept as a regular occurrence, we may ask for a deposit to be paid which will be returned if patient attends.

Under NHS regulations we reserve the right to treat a patient who has failed two appointments.
