Here at D’Souza and Falconer we strive on getting things right, if there are any reasons why a patient feels they need to make a complaint the following procedure can be followed.

Make the complaint either in person on the telephone 0141 424 0229 or by letter to 567 Pollokshaws Road Glasgow G41 2QQ, We have a two stage complaints procedure, we will always try and deal with your complaint as quickly as possible.

Who to make the complaint to; Dr Lisa Jo D’Souza BDS or Dr Gail Falconer BDS

STAGE 1; After your complaint has been received we will try and resolve this within 5 working days and let you know of any decision, if you are dissatisfied we can take it to stage 2.

STAGE 2; We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days, we will investigate into your complaint fully and in more detail.
